With transfer of the National Ecology Research Center of the Fish and Wildlife Service to the National Biological Service in FY 94, a need exists to redirect technology transfer efforts for the Instream Flow Incremental Methodology (IFIM) and the Habitat Evaluation Procedures (HEP). A sample drawn from training participants who are being asked to identify their priority needs related to enhancement needs for continued use of these technologies.
