Abstract: The ABC Change of Address Form (Form I-855) is mandated by the American Baptist Churches v. Thornburgh, 760 F. Supp. 796 (N.D. Cal. 1991). This form will be used by class members to inform the INS of address changes. It contains prompts for recording sufficient identifying information to update INS computer data bases.
