Terms of Clearance: Approved with change-- INS made non-substantive typographical changes to the form and added the OMB expiration date. It should be noted that INS initially requested permission to not display the expiration date. Also, the existing terms of clearance state that form M-426 should no longer be included in this package. Accordingly, the number of respondents and burden hours have been adjusted downwards.

Abstract: The ABC Change of Address Form (Form I-855) is mandated by the American Baptist Churcahse v. Thornbrgh, 760 F. Supp. 796 (N.D. Cal. 1991) This form will be used by class members to inform the INS of address changes. It contains prompts for recording sufficient identifying information to update INS computer data- bases.
