The ABC Change of Address Form (Form
I-855) is mandated by the American Baptist Churcahse v. Thornbrgh,
760 F. Supp. 796 (N.D. Cal. 1991) This form will be used by class
members to inform the INS of address changes. It contains prompts
for recording sufficient identifying information to update INS
computer data- bases.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
