Abstract: The Domestic Chemical Diversion Control Act of 1993 amends DEA's chemical recordkeeping and reporting requirements to remove the exemption for certain drugs which contain ephedrine. Persons who previously were not required to keep records or make reports regarding sales of these products must now do so.
