Terms of Clearance: Approved on the condition that the findings from these case studies are explicitly recognized as non-representative. The information collected here may be used for such purposes as illustrating findings from the main Direct Loan evaluation, developing hypotheses for future statistically valid research, and reporting on operations in the schools visited. In addition, this study is conducted under the revised Direct Loan statute which does not include goals for volume among student loan programs.
