The data is needed to ensure PCB/PCB Items are directed to facilities that are authorized to handle the waste; adequate disposal capacity exists nationwide; environmental releases are managed properly. Respondents include PCB waste importers; e.g., owners of PCB storage and disposal facilities and chemical analysis labs. Data will be used to ensure no unreasonable risk of injury to health and the environment will occur and will be made available to EPA regional inspectors, or their agents, for compliance purposes.
