Abstract: Customer satisfaction survey of actual and potential customers of the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Section 203(k) Rehabilitation Loan Program. The proposed survey instruments will assist FHA in expanding the use of Section 203(k) loans--an important vehicle for community revitalization and for expanding homeownership opportunities.
