Terms of Clearance: Cost figures have been adjusted as HUD did not express costs in thousands of dollars. This request is approved conditional upon HUD including statements to accompany the application kit that comply with all of the requirements of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3), as submitted 4/2/96. Approval is granted through June 24, 1996, consistent with the emergency clearance procedures of the PRA regulations at 5 CFR 1320.13. HUD has agreed to begin the request for standard PRA approval immediately.
