Abstract: This High Water Mark Form will be used to collect data--high water marks--from homeowners, business owners, State, local, and city officials. FEMA/COE will use the information in post-flood damage assessments to define a frequency/damage relationship for a flood event, as well as provide calibration information for future analysis.
