Terms of Clearance: This collection is approved through 10/98 provided that FCS add the burden statement to the FCS-259. FCS reports that the FCS- 259 is being consolidated with the FCS-249, 388, 256, 350, and 388A which should be in place by FY97. A new information collection package will have to be submitted for approval prior to that time.
