This information collection shall be used only by Title VIII grant recipients (Nursing Training Facilities Grant Program), until such time as the provisions in Title VII of the Public Health Service Act governing how recipients of construction funds utilize grant supported space are reinstated in law. This action date reflects the date this approval was communicated to the agency.
