Terms of Clearance: OMB is returning this paperwork to CDC as improperly submitted. During the course of review, OMB determined that a Federal Register notice stating that approval is being sought for the information collection was not published until 30 days after OMB receipt of the package. Prior to re-submission of the package, CDC will: (1) share it with OSHA in order to coordinate this information collection and OSHA's upcoming proposed tuberculosis rulemaking; (2) demonstrate the statistical validity of using the proposed ethnographic approach with the proposed sampling methods for the proposed uses, including review by NCHS. CDC will report on these consultations in the re-submitted paperwork package.
