Reinstatement with change of a previously approved collection
Public law requires the Secretary of
the Interior to maintain and expand the National Register of
Historic Places. The registration form documents properties for
listing and demonstrates they meet the established criteria. The
documentation assists in evaluating, preserving, and protecting
properties. Law also requires Federal agencies to request
determinations of eligibility for property under their jurisdiction
or affected by their programs.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
