Abstract: THE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REPORT WILL BE USED BY PROSPECTIVE SHIPPERS TO MAKE A SELECTION OF INTERSTATE HOUSEHOLD GOODS CARRIER (MOVER) BASED ON PAST SERVICE RECORDS. THE COMMISSION'S OFFICE OF COMPLIANCE AND CONSUMER ASSISTANCE WILL MONITOR THE REPORTS TO ASSURE ACCURACY AND CARRIER COMPLIANCE.
