Abstract: HUD is authorized under title X of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992 to provide grants to State and local governments to reduce lead-based paint hazards in low-income priority private housing. To comply with this authority, HUD's OLBPAPP issues NOFAs periodically to these constituents.
