Approved with
the revised forms DT-1A and DT-1B submitted on June 11, 1996. It is
noted that the revisions were not completed until after both the
60-day public comment period and the 30-day OMB comment period had
expired. The Census Bureau must make every reasonable effort to
have complete and accurate questionaires available to the public
during both comment periods -- any changes in response the the
initial public comment process should be made before submission of
the package for OMB review.
