Abstract: THE AEAN IS AN AUTOMATED DATABASE CONTAINING 6,000 EMPLOYERS WHO HAVE VOLUNTARILY SIGNED UP TO ACCEPT RESUMES FROM SEPARATING SOLDIERS, CIVILIANS, AND FAMILY MEMBERS. THIS QUESTIONNAIRE, ISSUED ONCE ANNUALLY, WILL ENABLE THE CONTRACTOR TO MODIFY THE AEAN TO BEST MEET T NEEDS OF THE EMPLOYERS AND THE USERS.
