Abstract: SSA uses this information to identify rental subsidy arrangements of applicants for and recipients of SSI benefits. The information will permit SSA to determine an income value of these subsidies which, in turn, will be used to determine eligibility and benefits amounts payable. The respondents are landlords who provide subsidized rental arrangements to SSI applicants and recipients.
