Abstract: The Act of 1990 added a new section which authorizes the Attorney General to expend up to $20,000,000 of the Immigration Emergency Fund for the reimbursement of States and localities in three additional circumstances. This collection of information is needed for the States and localities to submit claims for reimbursement in connection with immigration emergencies.
