The U.S. Department of Education is
charged with evaluating its technical assistance efforts associated
with the reauthorized ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act)
and Goals 2000. The attached survey will collect information from
school districts regarding the sources of information and technical
assistance they use in implementing Federal programs.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
