Abstract: Under section 112(r) of the Clean Air Act, as amended, sources must register, document risk management programs, and submit risk management plans. The plans will be available to EPA, the implementing Agency, State and local planning authorities, and the public. The plans will include information on a source's hazard assessment, prevention program, and emergency response program.
