Withdrawn by agency in order to allow time to prepare detailed assessment of size of regulated community as required by previous terms of clearance. Concurrent with withdrawl, OMB is authorizing emergency extension of existing approval for 3 months When the agency resubmits this request it must include a notice in the Federal Register notifying the public of the availability of additional information and requesting public comment to OMB within 30 days.

Owners/operators of Natural Gas Process Plants must notify EPA of Construction, modification, startup, shutdowns, malfuncations, dates and, for compliance with the SO2 standard, result of initial performance tests. Owner/operators of Onshore Natural Gas Processing Plants that are potential VOC emitters records must be kept of leaks from presure relief devices, the date of leak detection, repair method used and other pertinent details. For potential SO2 emitters records must be kept of excess SO2 emissions. This information is necessary to ensure that these standards are being met. Reports are semi-annual.
