Abstract: The forms provide for the release of mortgage documents held by the pool custodian allowing Ginnie Mae to have some control of these documents, and provide evidence that the issuers have established custodial accounts to maintain the funds to be paid to Ginnie Mae securities holders. Ginnie Mae establishes, through the use of these forms, that only the issuer and Ginnie Mae have access to these funds for the benefit of the Ginnie Mae securities holders of mortgage-backed securities.
