Abstract: Proposed collection would allow public safety licensees to qualify for extended negotiation periods by certifying to PCS licensees that agency is public safety licensee and that majority of communications involve safety of life and property. Information will be used by PCS licensees to determine if relocated licensees are eligible for extended negotiation period and to calculate cost of relocation.
