On December 15, 1995, the Commission
adopted a Second Report and Order, First Report on Recon, and
FNPRM, FCC 95-502, MM Docket 93-215 and CS Docket 94-28, in which
requirements for operators for allocating to service cost
categories, as set forth in 76.924(e), were modified. 76.924(e) now
permits operators to allocate service costs to three categories,
instead of up to seven categories, as previously required.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
