Since SBA has already placed its 60 day public notice in the
Federal Register on March 20, 1996, it is advised that SBA place a
30 day Federal Register notice listing the required information as
outlined in 5 CFR Part 1320.10 and send this collection in for OMB
approval--regular processing, which can approve a collection for
three years.
