Abstract: As part of the national evaluation of the Healthy Schools, Healthy Communities Program, surveys will be conducted of elementary, middle, and high school students in grantee schools and comparison schools and parents of surveyed elementary school students. Data on health services utilization, health problems, and risk behaviors will be collected.
