Abstract: The agency conducts and funds numerous studies examining the relationship of usual diet to various chronic diseases. This information collection is needed in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the National 5 A Day for Better Health Program in the first 5 years of its existence. Eligibility requirements for the experiment study include: Residents in these conterminous states, non-institutionalized, and aged 18 years and older.
