This collection is approved by ASPE's memorandum of 8/8/96. ASPE has agreed that there are limitations with the data to be gathered on domestic violence, particularly with regard to estimating program impacts. ASPE agrees to limit any research and reporting of the data to an examination of the differences between the research groups and will not draw conclusions that any differences found are evidence of program impacts. In addition, ASPE shall brief OMB on the results obtained from this follow-up survey, including the domestic violence findings, when the analysis has been completed.
