Section 5127 of the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (DFSCA) requires States to submit to the Secretary on a biennial basis information on the activities carried out by State, local, and Governors' DFSCA programs. The information collection covered by the current PRA submission is one part of a larger study, "DFSCA: Outcomes of DFSCA State and Local Programs," being carried under contract by Research Triangle Institute. This one-time collection will be used to meet DFSCA reporting requirements for 1993-95 and will serve as the basis for the Department's required report to Congress on the program's....
