Abstract: Collection of this information is necessary to assure EPA that wood preserving facilities using formulations containing arsenic are protecting their workers from unhealthy levels of exposure to air-borne arsenic. This information collection is voluntary, and it allows facilities to exempt themselves from burdensome pesticide label requirements.
