Part A of subtitle VII of the revised
title 49 United States Code authorizes the issue of regulations
governing the use of navigable airspace. 14 CFR 91, 101, and 105
prescribe regulations governing the general operation and flight of
aircraft, moored balloons, kites, unmanned rockets, unmanned free
balloon, and parachute jumping. Applicants are individual airmen,
State and local governments, and businesses.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
