Abstract: FCC 1205 will be used by cable operators to calculate costs associated with regulated equipment and installation for the basic service tier and the maximum permitted charges for such equipment and installations. This form will be submitted in conjunction with FCC 1200 to update equipment/installations charges annually and to increase equipment installation rates prior to annual filing.
