Abstract: The WB needs to have current information on the status of fair pay/pay equity adjustments to respond to employees, employers, unions and other organizations that wish to explore successful pay equity experience in the U.S. with a view toward implementing pay equity in other work environments. The clearinghouse will facilitate networking. Survey respondents include state/local government entities, unions and organizations.
