Abstract: The WB needs to have current information on the status of fair pay/pay equity adjustments to respond to employees, employers, unions and other organizatons that wish to explore successful pay equity experience in the U.S. with a view toward implementing pay equity in other work environments. The Clearinghouse will facilitate networking. Survey respondents include state/local government entities,unions and organizations.
