Given the
criminal investigation involved, Treasury does not believe this
collection of information is covered by the Paperwork Reduction Act
(PRA). Nevertheless, out of an abundance of caution, Treasury
requested an emergency clearance. Under 31 U.S.C. 5326 and 31 CFR
103.26, Treasury also requested that this submission remain
confidential. We agree that this collection of information is not
required to be reviewed and approved under the PRA. Nevertheless,
as requested, we reviewed this submission under the PRA, and grant
approval for all of the collection of information (including any
recordkeeping requirement) included in this submission. Pursuant to
5 CFR 1320.14(a), we are not disclosing the collection of
information and other material provided by Treasury.
