Abstract: This form is requried by Revenue Procedure 66-11 as an attachment to the tax return. The form provides a standard method of computing water depletion deductions by taxpayers who extract ground water from the Ogallala geological formation. The I.R.S. uses the infomation to determine if the depletion deduction has been computed correctly.
