For future
extensions of this information collection, EPA should include
projected growth in the number of permittees in order to_provide
"an estimate of the total annual reporting and recordkeeping burden
that shall result" as specified in 5 CFR 1320.5(a)(1)(iv)(B)(5). In
addition, any estimated decreases in burden should be carefully
documented, in order to ensure that the burden estimate is
"specific" and "objectively supported" as specified in 5 CFR
1320.8(a)(4). This applies specifically to any estimated decrease
in the number of comliance reports that will need to be filed.
