Abstract: EPA is conducting a survey of owners and operators of landfills and incinerators by means of a one-time questionnaire. Specific information concerning the operation of landfills and incinerators and information on wastewater generation and treatment will be requested. The information will be used to develop effluent limitations guidelines.
