Abstract: Owners/operators of pressure sensitive tapes and labels must notify EPA of construction, modification, start-ups, shutdowns, malfunctions, and dates and results of performance tests. Owners/operators shall submit quarterly reports of exceedences of VOC emission limits and semiannual reports when in compliance.
