Abstract: Ships' Stores Certification, title 46, Code of Federal Regulations, part 147, requires proper identification and labeling of dangers presented by hazardous ships' stores. The regulation provides manufacturers the opportunity to request waivers for products in special DOT hazard classes to be used aboard ships.
