Abstract: Under the provisions of P.L. 104-50, the Federal Aviation Administration has been given the authority to develop and implement its own personnel system. This application will be used in our efforts to automate and centralize the application, evaluation, and referral of applicants for employment. Our program is consistent with the goals of the NPR and our recently announced personnel reform efforts.
