Annually, about 2,400 members of the public use only the CPSC clearinghouse to obtain product safety information. Fifty-four States and territories, as well as local agencies, also obtain safety information from CPSC. These surveys will implement E.O. 12862 and determine the current level of customer satisfaction with CPSC's customer service standards.
