The FCC shall
ensure that all forms that require information on antennas are
modified to request the antenna registration number. The FCC can
update these forms when they reach their normal expiration dates.
The FCC shall also improve their coordination with the Federal
Aviation Administration when issuing these registration numbers,
particularly to ensure that the FAA has completed their engineering
studies prior to the FCC issuing the registration where
possible.
