Abstract: Section 74.751(c) requires licensees of low power television or TV translator stations to notify the FCC of modifications to equipment which can be made at licensee's discretion. Section 74.751(d) requires that modifications comply with technical standards to be placed in station records. Data is used by FCC staff to assure modifications comply with rules and station authorization.
