Abstract: The commercial garnishment provisions of Public Law 103-94, section 9, mandate that Federal agencies comply with commercial garnishment orders. Those creditors wishing to facilitate the Federal Government's compliance with commercial garnishment orders will be able to assist in this effort by voluntarily completing this form.
