OMB understands
that the agency is developing a software program to assist
respondents. This OMB approval extends to this new media of
collection, but the agency shall provide OMB with printouts of the
interface screens and a description of any chang es in the
collection or processing of the data as a result of these
developments. Upon revision or extension of this collection, the
agency should provide analysis demonstrating the practical utility
of this collection in determining compliance with the program. For
instance, the agency shall describe how many respondents were found
to be in compliance and how many were found to be out of
compliance, and explain the data analysis process by which these
determinations were made.

Electronic data collection shall be
used to verify that the quan- tity of sugar imported under this
program is equal to, or less than, the quantity of sugar exported
or used in the production of polyhydric alcohol.
