Abstract: The CCC requires the information described within this package for the purposes of operating and maintaining the GSM-102 and GSM-103 programs in a judicious manner. CCC utilizes the infor- mation gathered from exporters and financial institutes to issue payment guarantees and uphold the federal government's contract- ual obligations under these payment guarantees.
