The FNS-667 is a financial form used
in lieu of the SF-269 and captures not only total program costs but
also the portions applicable to the State/local levels of program
management and captures the information.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
