Abstract: The Vehicle Inventory and Use Survey (VIUS) is the only comprehensive source of information on the physical and operational characteristics of the Nation's vehicle population. These data are used by government, industry, business, and the general public to measure vehicle useage. Respondents of this survey will consist of registered vehicle owners and lessees.
